Go to Blogger Dashboard > select the Theme menu .
Click the CUSTOMIZE button .
Open the Advanced dropdown menu .
Open the Appearance dropdown menu .
In the Accent Color section , set the color to suit your wishes.
Once configured click the SAVE icon button on the bottom right.
Finished

Status Bar Color

Go to Blogger Dashboard > select the Theme menu .
Click the CUSTOMIZE button .
Open the Advanced dropdown menu .
Open the Appearance dropdown menu .
In the Status Bar Color section , set the color to suit your wishes.
